Donor Sponsorship Levels

The Bronx High School of Science 85th Anniversary Gala is a special time to celebrate our school and its incredible history. The 3,000 smart, talented, hard working and driven students at Bronx Science rely on the generosity of Bronx Science alumni to financially support academic enrichment, extracurriculars, student aid and more.

Our goal for the 85th Anniversary is to raise $5 million to support extracurricular life at Bronx Science—including more than 100 athletic teams, academic teams, publications, drama, music, student government, clubs and more. It is often through these extracurricular activities that students discover their passion, develop their leadership skills and make lifelong friends. Extracurricular activities cost money, and with approximately half our student body living below the poverty line, we must find ways to financially support these vital activities. The Department of Education provides no funding, except for the Public School Athletic League, and with looming budget cuts, we anticipate the strain on the school and the Parents Association to grow.
