The New York Times remembers Jeremy Stone (June 1953).

Stone was for many years the lead of the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) and a legendary figure in Washington D.C., working in arms control circles and serving as an advisor or a critic to several administrations on defense policy.

Jeremy Stone was also the son of writer and critic I.F. Stone.
