We have two amazing events by and for our New York area alumni - tickets are only $20 for each event and will move quickly.

Due to the intimate venue, both events are strictly limited to 80 seats:

On Tuesday, Oct. 27, New York Times columnist Deb (Hershfield) Amlen ('80) will return for an amazing evening for puzzle enthusiasts.  Deb pens the Times' "Wordplay" blog and will bring a fun evening for those who love puzzles and puzzle craft.

Deb's last event sold out, so DO NOT wait on this one.
At the CUNY Graduate Center, 365 Fifth Avenue (btw. 34th & 35th Sts.), 6:30-8:30pm on Oct. 27.

Then Wednesday, Nov. 18 will bring a special presentation, including a talk, slides, and a Q&A, with Elliott Landy ('59).

Elliott is an iconic rock photographer who has photographed some of the best known images of Bob Dylan, The Band, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and the 1969 Woodstock Festival.  He will speak about his work, some of his subjects, the anti-war movement, and more.

The combination of Elliot's talk, his photos, and his intelligence promise to bring us back to another era.  Not to be missed.

Also at the CUNY Graduate Center, 365 Fifth Avenue (btw. 34th & 35th Sts.), 6:30-8:30pm.
